These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ak555 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the ak555 website, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, bonuses, and other features made available through the Platform.

Your use of the ak555 platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is legally binding. • You are registering and using the Platform as an individual person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

• You have not previously had an ak555 account closed or suspended for violations of these Terms.
• You are not a current or recent employee, contractor, director, or close associate of ak555 or any of its affiliated game studio or payment partners, where such relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

ak555 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals who are legally prohibited from participating in online gambling under the laws of their jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their location. ak555 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

To access ak555's full range of services, including casino games, sports betting, and payment facilities, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. ak555 relies on the information you provide for payment processing, identity verification, and communication. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and the recovery of any funds obtained as a result of such misrepresentation.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify ak555 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• ak555 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• OTP-based two-step verification is available to all accounts and is strongly recommended.

ak555 reserves the right to carry out identity verification ("KYC") checks at any point in the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, and at any time a transaction or pattern of activity raises concern. KYC documentation may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or equivalent; proof of address; and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal facilities and, where fraud is suspected, account closure.

ak555 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in BDT. ak555 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change with notice. ak555 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ak555 bears no responsibility.

• Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically processed within 30–60 minutes, subject to verification requirements.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day, subject to the receiving bank's own processing schedule.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• ak555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

ak555 is not a financial institution and does not provide any interest on funds held in player accounts. Player funds are held separately from ak555 operational funds. ak555 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be connected to fraudulent, unlawful, or money-laundering activity.

ak555 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Ramadan. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational player use only. Exploitation of bonuses through systematic or professional wagering strategies constitutes abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are credited in BDT and are not transferable between accounts.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant bonus terms. Uncompleted bonuses expire and are removed from the account at the end of the specified period.

• ak555 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or market at its discretion, including where a technical error, pricing error, or manifest odds error has occurred.
• Bets placed on suspended markets or after a cutoff time will be automatically voided and the stake returned.
• In-play betting odds update in real time; once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are applied regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Maximum win limits per event are displayed within the sportsbook and vary by market type and sport.

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point, including during registration, KYC, or bonus claims.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a software error are void and must be returned.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or ak555 staff members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting corruption in connection with sports betting markets on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the ak555 platform or its underlying software.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ak555 staff or other users in any manner.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your account.

Where ak555 has reasonable grounds to believe that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation without notice. The outcome of any such investigation may be shared with relevant law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies where required by law.

All content on the ak555 platform — including but not limited to the ak555 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of ak555 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership, licence, or other right in or to any ak555 intellectual property beyond the limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any part of the ak555 platform without prior written consent from ak555. Unauthorised use of ak555 intellectual property may result in account suspension and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak555 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of data; loss of profits; business interruption; or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or ak555 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

ak555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In particular, ak555 accepts no liability for:

• Loss of service due to internet outages, network failures, or circumstances beyond ak555's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Technical malfunctions in third-party game software, which remains the responsibility of the originating game studio.
• Any decision or action taken by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game RTP data.

Nothing in these Terms limits ak555's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

ak555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, bonus management, and responsible gaming compliance. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by closing your account, subject to ak555's legal obligation to retain certain records for compliance, fraud prevention, and anti-money-laundering purposes.

ak555 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect stored data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

ak555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or collusion.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).
• Where ak555 is required to do so by law or by order of a competent authority.
• Extended inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ak555 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy.

Where an account is closed other than for a Terms breach or fraud finding, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any applicable charges. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, ak555 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation or recovery action.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any outstanding wagering requirements associated with active bonuses at the time of closure will be forfeited.

ak555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ak555 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify registered Players via the email address or contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of the ak555 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if you wish, contact support to arrange the closure of your account and the return of any verified balance.
